LENI says: Listened to Wicked Business (Lizzy & Diesel #2) by Janet Evanovich Whether it’s monkey business, funny business or getting down to business, Janet Evanovich's Lizzy and Diesel series proves that there's no business like Wicked BusinessLizzy Tucker's once normal life as a pastry chef in Salem, Massachusetts, turns upside down as she battles both sinister forces and an inconvenient attraction to her unnaturally talented but off-limits partner, Diesel. I give this book 3 stars and a 6 an ...ok read. BabyT says: I listened to the audiobook narrated by Lorelei King who also narrated Janet Evonivich 's Stephanie Plum novels. There were many similarities between the two series, including the earnest and humorous nature of the narrative and the overall quirkiness of the characters and lightheadedness -- despite intensity -- of the plotline. All around, I really enjoyed this book. It was short, fun, and funny, if a bit reminiscent of her other works, just what I expect from Janet Evonivich. I was very happy. A note on the difference between the two series (this is book two, but the first I have read of Lizzy and Diesel): I enjoyed the forbidden love in this series more than the neverending love triangle of the Stephanie Plum series. I will definitely read more.MoreLessRead More Read Less
