An ordinary monograph about a walk up the Albany Post Road in the early 1900's. The area was already developed, but the author included many early stories about the towns and landscapes he walked through. Well worth it for the many fun anecdotes. It’s not a comprehensive guide, but just one man's view of a landscape at the junction of early and modern America.
