You can glean understanding on why your friend or loved one is so reserved and correctly interpret their pensiveness as it is not exactly the way extroverts like to interact. It can save a lot of relationships and can help introverts themselves at constantly finding their "sweet-spots" or right environmen...tal tempo in jobs, places they hang out, and people they interact with. poisonivy says: This is a good book for introverts, all parents and bosses.
